It's claimed the Grease star fears that the 30-year-old has taken her obsession with altering her appearance to the extreme, with insiders suggesting that Chloe is suffering with "body dysmorphia".
The singer is believed to have already splashed to $400,000 on plastic surgery - which has allegedly seen the star have a rib removed in a bid to attain the perfect body.
"Chloe's totally obsessed with getting a Barbie doll body and nothing is ever quite good enough," a source told New Idea.
"She's got a horrible case of body dysmorphia - no matter how thin she gets, she always feels she needs to do more. You just have to look at her hip to waist ratio to see something has changed."
It's thought that Chloe's surgeries include fillers, Botox, a nose job and breast implants, as well as waist and thigh sculpting.
Altogether, the work is believed to have set Chloe back a staggering $415,000.
"Olivia says Chloe has an addictive personality and tends to get carried away with things. Of course, Chloe is denying having anything done, but the speculation hasn't stopped. The change is just too dramatic."
Chloe certainly doesn't look to suffer from body hang-ups if her Instagram account is anything to go by as the blonde beauty has posted countless pictures of her toned physique in a number of skimpy looks.
The songwriter has openly admitted to alcohol addiction in the past and recently shared a snap on the social media site celebrating her two years sober.
Posting a picture of herself holding up a bottle of alcohol to her mouth, the beauty captioned it with the hashtags "sober two years now" and "the drunk old days".
